Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, ATN Healthcare, an institution of American-trusted nurses, is a national health system providing primary medical care, skilled-nursing care, medical social services, and home community-based services in Colorado and Florida. The organization was founded by Varlet Philippe, an MBA/MHA graduate of Loma Linda University’s School of Public health in November 2018. The organization was incorporated on February 4, 2019, by the Colorado Secretary of State and became fully licensed in 2021 by the Colorado Department of Health. The organization was incorporated in Florida in April 2022, established in Miami-Dade, Orange, Oceola, and Seminole counties in Florida.

ATN Home Health Care Network is a continuum of care that includes home care agencies, assisted and independent living communities, skilled nursing centers, outpatient rehabilitation services, and hospice care. We work with several referral partners outside of our network to ensure that our residents and patients can live life to the fullest. Our continuity of services allows us to integrate across a variety of settings so that seniors can age on their terms.
