ATN Healthcare is a National Health System providing primary medical care, skilled-nursing care, medical social services, and home community-based services in Colorado and Florida headquartered in Denver, Colorado.
ATN Healthcare was founded by Varlet Philippe in November 2018, an MBA/MHA graduate of Loma Linda University’s School of Public Health. The organization was incorporated on February 4, 2019, with the Colorado Secretary of State. It became fully licensed in 2021 by the Colorado Department of Health. The organization was also incorporated in Florida in April 2022, established in Miami-Dade, Orange, Oceola, and Seminole counties in Florida.
